Australia scientists have recently discovered nature breakthrough in the study of drug treatment of HIV/AIDS, according to which the patient is facing great opportunities can avoid getting the disease threatens the lives offen is the process of treatment “disease of the century” this.

The study focused on the impact of two types of antiretrovirals anf HIV Ritonavir Raltegravir is leading to an increased risk of heart disease and heart attacks for patients using this drug.

The findings showed that Ritonavir, drug use earlier, are associated with increased risk of heart attack and has many adverse effect on the human metabolism than new drug Raltegravir is many manufactured.

A member of the team from the Garvan intitute of Medical Research and St hospital. Vincent at Sydney, Associate Professor Katherine Samaras said Ritonavir appears to increase cholesterol, not only in people who are fasting but also after normal meals.

This is not normal  metabolism and can increase the risk of heart disease. This medicine weight gain around the abdomen, increased blood cholesterol and insuline resistance.

In this study, 20 volunteers were not HIV  intemized and Ritonavir or Raltegravir drug use within 1 month. The Scientists analyzed the amount of glucose, fat, and insulin in the blood, as well as strong levels of the blood vessels in the six hours after meals.

Ms. Samaras said that the increased amount of fat in the blood after the meal Ritonavir drug use may be one factor explaning why patients with HIV/AIDS are treated with this drug are at risk of infection higher than heart.

There has been much debate about the ablity to cause drug Ritonavir phenomenon or the HIV virus is the culprit, but the scientists said Australia did not have the vius HIV causing this abnormality.

Associate Professor Samaras th first explore impact gender has clinical medicine in the West, but recommend that patients should not rush to stop using this medicine.

The most important thing is to evaluate cardiovascular medical records of each patient before deciding to use medication therapy. Doctors must weigh risks and benefits of HIV treatment to decide the most appropriate drugs to prevent viral “effect monster”.

Another member of the research team, Professor Andrew Carr said: “20 years ago, we did not think that people with HIV/AIDS can live for 20 years. But now they are living healthy and we started gebinning to see some diseases in their old age much earlier than we expected. However, we are trying to prevent tho progression of diseases of old age in people with HIV”

According to the Research Center for HIV Epidemiology and Clincal National Australia, the country has about 17,500 people living with HIV/AIDS, inluding 12,000 patients under 50 years old.
