Attending were Mr. Nguyen Huy Hung – Bac Ninh Department of Health Deputy Director, project Director; Nguyen Dinh Huu – Provincial Representative, Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, chairman of HIL youth Bac Ninh City; Mr. Nguyen The Truyen – Director medical center Bac Ninh; Mr. Nguyen Quang Dong; the sector agencies, press agencies, radio and television province, Bac Ninh city with 130 employees in the province of Van Duong ward , clusters industrial parks located in the city.

Simultaneously through the media conference, the project has mobilized 48 participants voluntary HIV testing and consulted on 30 cases of HIV/AIDS.
