The Fund is sponsored by ABS (USA), authorized the Center for Economic Research and Development (University of Economics – Hanoi National University), via Hung Nguyet Co. collaborated with group Bac Ninh Due Tomorrow and organization uniorms donated clothing to children free of HIV and affected by HIV/AIDS in the province of Bac Ninh on 17-6-2010 at No.90 – the culture Quarter 2 – Bac Ninh.

Attending were representatives of the provincial leaders like the provincial Youth Union, Farmers Association of provincial leaders Ninh Xa, Bac Ninh Newspaper, provincial television, newspaper Vietnam Women’s team representatives, donors ABS Fund, Center for Economic Reasearch and Development Director  Hung Nguyet company Ltd and 120 cildren living with HIV and affected by HIV/AIDS in the group.

ABS fund project capital support for small and medium enterprises in the province in 2005 from 19 provinces and cities in the North. Businesses participating in the project to borrow 10 thousand dollars in two years without paying interest. Then repay the pricipal by providing free product for humanitarian and charity work. After more than five years of operation, nearly 60 businesses and nearly 60 thousand people in the group policy object, the poor, people with HIV…benefit from the object.
