Series of questions related to social welfare issues has been the patient share and questions to joining the mobile legal advice on 28/12/2010 at hospital outpatient clinics Ha Dong. SUBJECTS OF APPLICATION APPLY FOR SOCIAL BENEFITS OF HIV
Subjects are entitled to benefits and allowances provided for in Article 1 of Decision No. 313/2005/QD-TTg December 2, 2005 of Prime Minister (hereinafter referred to as Decision No. 313/2005 / Decision-TTg) include:
1 - people with HIV / AIDS is no longer able to work, no income, no shelter, living on a voluntary basis in the social protection of the State. People who live in institutions of social protection of the State to detect HIV / AIDS.
